Question : Haven't had my period in a year and just got it yesterday. It is a regular period. I am using progesterone cream.

Hi Pcottrell,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
A bleeding from vagina after one year at your age is highly unlikely to be periods.
Progesterone cream also does not explain it in anyway.
I can be a pathological bleeding like dysfunctional uterine bleed or may be due to some local pathology.
You should get a local examination by a gynecologist and get a Pap smear to rule out malignancy.
