Wow! You have written your query amazingly well and the clarity is almost cent percent. Thanks for the clear description. I have read every word of what you have written.
Coming to your concerns:
- There is a possibility of brain tumor in you, although not necessarily a pituitary tumor. Please wait for the MRI report patiently.
- If the MRI is normal, then there is a problem in the functioning of your brain. In my view, your cognition is decreasing. Probably the neurons inside the brain are getting demylenated and aging quickly. Please think of multiple sclerosis as a possibility too.
- It is possible that a tumor is sitting in the fore-brain or in the temporal region of your brain. Tumors in these areas affect thinking process largely. You need to check on that.
- Your other problems of PTSD, depression and anxiety are functional diagnoses not structural. You need to manage these through your intensive therapy. I am glad it's working great for you.
- Regarding the endometrial ablation, I do not think any intervention needs to be done at this moment. So, do nothing about it.
- No Sleep. This is definitely a problem area. Staying awake for 119 hours is serious. You had a serious problem at that time. I hope it does not happen again. Try to sleep for 6 hours at least in any 24hrs given time.
- I am A HUGE reader and English fanatic - This interests me. Keep up the good work.
Whatever be the problem, you can train your brain to listen to you. This can happen gradually. You are doing a good job running the home, working. You only need to take care of yourself now. So re-teach your brain what to do; instruct it towards what you want to do.
You could help yourself better. My regards to your husband and sister for helping you write this.
Let me know if you have more queries.
Hope you are doing well today.
The relapsing remitting type of Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) usually presents this way. It accounts for 85% of the total patients with MS. A few brain conditions including RRMS present in this way.
Please read about the 4 types of MS and how they present. You could know for yourself about which sub-type you belong to, if at all.
Wish you good luck on your writing. Yes, it is called creativity - the imaginative power of the human brain and the eyes to see the impossible.
You would be fine sooner if you realize the disease, understand the natural history of it, and be aware of what you have and learn the management. It is simple. I am sure you can do it.
Take care, XXXXXXX
