Evaluation of this scenario might require a little bit more about your medical history. Any history of chest pain, family or personal history of heart disease or hypertension could helpful. Skipped heart beats deserve an EKG (electrocardiogramme), a chest X XXXXXXX and a cardiac ultrasound to exclude first a lesion with the heart.

At this point, others symptoms like fatigue, breathlessness on exertion could be particularly useful. A clinical review remains the key. I would suggest you book an appointment with a cardiologist for a complete review.
