Well, if the diagnosis of a ganglion is confirmed then there's nothing to worry as it's mostly a harmless and benign condition...

However, if you want to remove it for cosmetic purposes, or it's getting painful/increasing in size, then you need to consult a General Surgeon/ Plastic Surgeon (whoever's available) in-person for further proceedings...
