Brief Answer:
Recurrent folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query
I saw the photographs and reports.
All reports are normal.
It cannot be an allergy as the eosinophil count is normal.

According to me you are suffering from recurrent folliculitis, a bacterial infection
You need treatment with antibiotics.

Before starting antibiotics I would like you to go for two more tests.
1. Culture and sensitivity test on the white material which comes out from your lesions. This will let us know whether there is any infection and if it is there, what will be the best medication to treat it.
2. Blood sugar levels both fasting and after food, to rule out diabetes.

Just be patient, I will try to find out the root cause of your disease.

Please stop taking wysolone.
Thank you

However it is important to know which bacteria is causing it and to which medication it is sensitivity.
For that only I have suggested you tests.
Just relax, I hope those tests will help in finding an exact cause.

Brief Answer:
Retinoids can be used

Detailed Answer:
Oh so there was no pus.
Well after analysing everything, the most probable diagnosis appears to be Pityriasis rubra pilaris ( PRP)
You can look for this term on net.
It is an autoimmune condition ( defect is within the body).
Nothing from outside.
The treatment can be with retinoids. ( acitretin)
This drug is a prescription drug so please XXXXXXX a dermatologist and discuss about it.
I am sure you will get relief with this.
Thank you

Acitretin

Detailed Answer:
I can give you the prescription.
It is called as capsule Acitretin (soriatane) 25 mg daily in night for at least a month.
Just i doubt whether a pharmacy will give you this capsule without a written prescription from a doctor.
Just try in a shop if you get this capsule you can start taking.
