Question : I am having an exacerbation of eczema. I noticed that it is especially prevalent over lymph node locations and I wondered if this is significant or coincidental. I feel like this might be a symptom of a food allergy but I am not sure which food.

It is coincidental.

The answer to your second part of the query is that the food can be milk, wheat, potato, chana, rice or egg.

The blood serum can be tested for specific antibodies for each food.

Your Primary Care Physician can help you in getting blood serum test done.
