Question : Hello sir,
My name is XXXXXXX my symptoms are,
1) a bloated stomach
2) unable to pass stool in the morning easily, no pressure formation in my stomach
3) I am not feeling any kind of pain in my stomach, but feeling uneasyness due to not passing stool in the morning
3) I have been taking "FIBRIL SF" for past 6 months, it helps in passing stool in the morning upto some extent, but if I stop taking "FIBRIL SF" I am not able to pass stool easily in the morning.
4) I also eat fruits everyday.
5) I have also been taking "NEOPRIDE TOTAL" for last 10 days, but no changes have been observed.
6) I also go to morning walk everyday.
I have been suffering from this problem for last two years
I have taken some remedies mentioned above but I am still suffering from this problem.
I would request you to help me and suggest a permanent cure.

You have been taking fiber supplements and still you are not having good bowel movements.
The next step if take fiber + another laxative like lactitol. Discuss with your doctor about this option.
Drink plenty of fluids. Eat high fiber diet.
Continue taking neopride total for abdominal bloating.
