Question : Hello I am hoping someone can help me out. I have borderline high blood pressure and take a beta blocker what is the best antibacterial mouth wash I can use safely for gum inflammation

You can buy any mouthwash with 0.2% chlorhexidine gluconate salt. You can use it for 15 days and then discontinue for 10 days to avoid discolouration of teeth. Also avoid eating and drinking for 30 min after mouthwash.
