Question : my son is very drunk his bp is 96/40. is this normal?

Hi,
Welcome to XXXXXXX and thanks for your query. Sorry to hear about him.
This is normal Blood pressure for many, especially in that age group, who used to do regular exercise, weights and workouts.
He needs medical advice when---

You know his BP earlier (baseline) and if it is low only now and on repeated measurements or
1.     His co-ordination is poor.
2.     Repeated vomiting with dehydration and unable to keep anything after food intake.
3.     Loose stools especially if repeated and watery.
4.     He has injured himself and there is a bleeding wound.
5.     If you are worried about anything else specific.

Otherwise, there should be nothing to worry.
