Question : I am having burning sensation in feet and hands hurts to walk and hurts to make a fist like on hands what can it be?

Hi,

Thank you for writing in.

Your symptoms are consistent with burning feet and hand syndrome.

This indicates a type of peripheral neuropathy

You need limbs and battery of blood test ( blood sugar,complete blood picture with ESR, vitamin 12 assay and thyroid profile) for evaluating the cause of it

Pregabalin 75 mg daily along with methylcobalamine supplements are usually prescribed for this type of pain.

Consult Neurologist for clinical examination and for the aforementioned prescription
