Burning sensation in penis after defecation is often symptomatic of prostatitis. It is an inflammation of the prostate gland. Defecation may result in pressure upon the already inflamed prostate which may present as burning sensation at tip of penis.
It may develop gradually and may be affected with lifestyle issues like alcohol drinking.Factors that may trigger this may include anxiety, which can cause the pelvic area to be sensitized which results in a heightened neurological feedback. Anxiety can be managed with medications as well.
You will need ultrasound, X-ray, and computerized tomography (CT) along with prostatic fluid examination along with prostate specific antigen.
