Hi,
Inview of only cold with symptoms of nasal congestion, sneezing I would recommend steam inhalation 2 times per day, betadine mouth gargle 2 times a day for 5 days and to help with congestion you could take tablet sinarest at night for 3 days. Incase fever you can add tablet dolo 650mg.
