                                            Question : Lingering effects: Constant heavy head (without headaches) (feverish-like without fever), occasional weakness. 
ER could not find cause and discharged me after 2 hours.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that based on your symptoms, there is very little risk of you having any serious intra cranial problem.
Symptoms are suggestive of muscle tension headache.
Part of symptoms could also be related to stopping your bipolar medications.
You are likely to improve over the next few days.
