Dear Sir,

Thank you for posting your query on XXXXXXX

Well looking into the problem you have cramps in stomach along with diarrhoea which can be due to acute gastroenteritis . The dark coloured urine can be due to dehydration due to stools . But still any signs of hepatitis needs to be looked for .

I will advise you to consult a physician get yourself examined specially for any liver enlargement or tenderness . A routine Complete blood count , stool r/m , stool c/s and liver function tests needs to be done .

Till then have a prebiotic, probiotic tablet . Add curd to your diet and go for bland meals . You doctor will decide the need for starting antibiotics or not .

The swollen lymph node needs to be examined for its significance whether it is related or not , only after that anything can be said .

Take care.
