Question : I have a hard lump on my shoulder where my bra strap rests? What are the causes of this?

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
The swelling in the brastrap area is mostly a lipoma or a dermoid cyst. If it is recent in origin and painful then it can be a furuncle also.
The cyst and lipoma are not XXXXXXX but can be removed surgically if cosmetic issue.
If it is painful and appears like a boil then you should get it examined by a physician.
