Question : headaches hey im 27 years old and i weigh 220 pounds i been battling a headache for almost a week now i have burning and a beating feeling in my head can you help

Is the pain one sided?
Is it like a band pressed on your forehead?
It is associated with a stuffy nose?
Is is aggravated in periods of stress,sunlight, noxious stimuli and decrease after taking a nap?
Is there any difficulty in seeing distant objects?
It can either be migraine or tension headache.
Avoid stress,alcohol and smoking.
Take Paracetamol/acetominophen tablets thrice daily for 3 days.
Consult your doctor if the problem persists.
