Hi,
Inview of headache, we first need to rule out the cause. Kindly get your eyes checked for any refractive errors, I would recommend a blood test to check vit D B12 and Hb level which could also cause headache. Avoid stress and straining of eyes to reduce the frequency of headache. Incase persistent headache you could take Tablet Daart on sos basis to relieve the pain. Kindly revert back with adviced investigation reports.
