A fever that lasted for more than a week should be investigated. There could be many conditions causing persistent fever.

May I know the age of the patient?
Is the fever associated with chills and shivering?
Does the patient complaint of burning urination?
What are the other complaints besides fever?
Has he/she undergone investigations? If yes, do you have the reports?
