Question : I have a lot of bumps on the side of my virgia n for the last two day its been pilling and itching n kinda of burning

Hi,
The bumpy lesions are most likely an infection- bacterial/viral.
A possibility of allergic reaction is also there.
You should take antibiotic Augmentin OTC for 4days.
Apply NeosporinTenovate-GM ointment locally twice a day.
Also add an antihistaminic the dose your physician would know.
