Thanks for writing to us.
There could be many causes for itchy genitalia like candidal infection, bacterial infection, irritant dermatitis, lichen planus, psoriasis etc

I would be in a better position to help, if you could upload an image of concerned area.

Also I would like to know since how long are you having it.
If there is fissuring redness with whitish slough
If there is previous history if dettol, savlon or soap application.
If you maintain proper hygiene and clean the area daily.

it has been happen for a couple of weeks no fissuring or previous history
