Having Itchy And Whitish Substance Accumulated On Penis. Blood Comes While Masturbating. Any Cure?
Question: Hi , since last 4-5 months I have some issue in my penism
Within 2 3 days it start itching and on foreskin a whitish sustance accumlate whixh i remove after cleanup by soap.but itching still remains at lesser level
Also the skin is very dry aNd after i ejaculate masturbate etc at the tip of penis Skin multiple burst appears with fresh blood.plz help

There is a natural whitish creamy secretion that gets deposited on the neck of penis which is covered by prepuce.
This material is called smegma and should be cleaned at least weekly because it can cause irritation and redness by itself.
I can get infected with candida and can cause excessive itching and eruptions.
It is necessary to be removed at intervals in people who are observing celibacy.
You should clean smegma regularly.
Use KY Jelly while masturbating XXXXXXX Syscan every Sunday for six weeks to cure the candida in case it is an issue.

In this matter I would like to understand the cure as I am regularly cleaning it as you have suggested but the problem persists.
(1) IS any ointment I can apply below prepuce.
(2) Also wanted to know that is this normal situatio or sysmptom of some other problem like disease of Bladder, Urine infetcion, diabetic etc...I am bit worried.
(3) What is XXXXXXX Syscan ?
(4) Can I use some specific Soap for the daily hiegine or any oil ?

You can apply Ointment Neosporin at night for 7days but Tab Syscan weekly is the backbone of treatment and must be taken.
It is definitely not normal because you are having symptoms.
In urinary infection one gets symptoms of burning sensation XXXXXXX in the urinary passage an for Diabetes you need to check the fasting sugar levels.
No local oil is recommended but medicated soaps like Savlon can be used.

I just need your feedback on the point you have said that this is not normal & these are the symptoms. The medical suggestion which you have given like taking tab Syscan & Neosprin etc , Is this to take care of the symptoms only.
If yes, what would be root cause disease or what test I should do for cheking the real problem? I dont want to address the issue superficailly but like to undestand the potentail reason behind these symptoms & take medicine etc for real disease rather symptoms.
Please guide.

We physician can be reasonably sure by appearance and symptoms and I think you will get a full relief but if you want to get to the cause then before you start the medicine please get your CBC, RFT, Urine routine and culture examination and gram stain and culture of glans secretions.
