                                            Question : Pls is there a sub tilde to table salt? Because I have kidney problem and heart problem so I have been worn by my doctor to keep away from salt but then can I live without sodium? Thank you

In heart and kidney related problems it is always advisable to use less of table salt to decrease the complications and to keep your blood pressure well under control.
Even if you decrease the use of salt, you will get the necessary sodium from vegetables and fruits.
You need to restrict your daily salt intake to less than 3grams per day.
You can also use a low sodium salt available in the market in restricted amounts.
