Question : Today I discovered some strange lumps on my hand.
The skin near this area feels stiff, it looks shiny, and it sheds slightly.
The skin is also mildly itchy, and it has contracted a bit, so it looks kinda wrinkly.
What could this be?

Thanks for the query. There are three possibilities of your condition.
1. An endogenous eczema.
2. Psoriasis, as you mentioned peeling of skin.
3. Fungal infection.
I would like to see a photograph of the lesion to give a closer diagnosis.
