Hi,

Besides unknown allergies, sneezing can occur due to irritants including dust and viral infections. We may or may not be able to figure out the specific cause. You can try antihistamine nasal spray like azelast nasal spray and see if sneezing stops. In the meanwhile plan a visit to a doctor / ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
