Question : i feel like my jaw is being pulled to one side and have a facial,tooth, ear pain on the same side. i have been having this pain for 3 weeks now. the pain gets really severe sometimes that i get a tingling sensation.

Thanks for posting your query.

There could be couple of possibilities in your case.

First one is some nerve compression in the area.Another reason could be some infection in the Joint f jaw or ear or tooth.

Please do the following which should help.
-Take soft diet
-Drink more of liquids
-Take analgesics you are comfortable with
-Consult a doctor.

In case of infection you might need a course of antibiotics to get proper relief and cure.
