Question : i have between the navel and sternum,it feels like cramps and it bit bloated.I know i have ulcer but this is a bit different. Email YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for posting your query.
It could still be an ulcer.
Continue taking zantac.

The other possibility is pancreatitis.

If the pain is severe and persistent, get examined with an endoscopy and blood tests like amylase and lipase.
