* There can be underlying deep vein thrombosis issue or others responsible

Brief Answer:
follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the relevant details and image of the right leg.

* The dilated veins over the back of thigh seems in concern with varicose
veins of the lower limb ( which is dilated tortuous veins ).
This has no concern with the stone therapy.

* Heart burn and indigestion may have multiple issues responsible such as

- side effect of medications such as ciprofloxacin
- lack of mobility
- over weight condition
- digestive enzyme deficiency
- stress related gastric acid release

* The frequency of urination is part of clinical effect of tablet Cystone which
is diuretic to some extent and help passage of residual gravels in the
urinary system.

My guidelines at present

- make her to move precisely and give exercise to limbs
- keep the leg elevated over support of 3 pillows when resting
- control of body weight, cholesterol
- discuss need of a Doppler Ultrasound report of the dilated veins with her
treating doc during next scheduled visit
- continue current medications

Wish her best recovery.
Take care.
