Question: i have a pain in my right breast suddenly from last night ...i dont feel that was a muscle twist.........while using right hand &coughing i felt that pain was little more

Thanks for your reply.

History suggests you have costochondritis of right rib.
Take diclofenac tablet two times daily (morning and evening).
You will be perfectly fine in 1 week.
There is nothing to worry.
