Question : My wife right hand and back is paining also she is having vomiting since one week

She is 30yrs old, she is under medication, she is taking D-veniz50, zapiz0.5, migranex10, nexfoin, pan40, she has mild anxiety with depression. She has done MRI Brain, T3, T4,TSH. All the results were normal, she has pain in lower abs, she had gone through appendix done in 2003. She vomits everything she eats. After eating anything she feels pukish, reply asap

In addition to the above mentioned medications, let her also take an antiemetic like domperidone or ondansetron half an hour before food for relief.
Since she is also having lower abdominal pain, an urine routine test and an ultrasonogram of the abdomen may be done.

She is allergic to paracetamol

In that case, it is better to get examined by her doctor to find the cause of pain - whether it is neurological or muscuoskeletal and plan the treatment accordingly.
