Question : I have pain in my leg after a long drive about 12 hours.

Hi,

Please move your legs. Let them work. Go for a walk.

You need to increase the blood flow to your heart as well as to your legs.

Move a bit. Take a break for ten minutes for every two hours, when you are on a long drive. It helps.

Hot water bag locally to the legs help too.

Nothing to worry; you will be fine soon.
