Question : I have been having pain in my back and stomach for a couple of days. I also have swelling in legs and feet. A few days ago I had some mild symptoms of a bladder infection Or cystitis. It seems to have gotten better. I have no fever but a headache that comes and goes. I generally have an ill feeling. My last blood work shows some abnormal readings of kidney function. Creatinine level was 1.37. EGFrAa 56.5, eGFRnon AA 46.6, eGFRCKDEPI 42, Urine test showedUCreatinine 127.10, U Microalbumin30.5. I have not had my follow up appointment to find out what these results mean. Is there any possibility my pain is related to kidney function?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your headache could be due to cystitis and urinary tract infection.
To rule out urinary tract infection, get urine culture test done.
And repeat renal function test.
