Question: Hello there, iam 38 female, and i notice last night after a shower that i had slight pain in my right nipple, when i squeezed the nipple some pus shot out snice then the pain is going away, but iam still worried. Iam not breastfeeding.

Thanks for posting your query.
Since the pain subsided after the discharge of pus, it was likely to be due to a minor glandular infection. Most of the times, such minor infections do subside spontaneously after the pus is drained and systemic antibiotics are not necessary. Doing a hot fomentation takes away the induration if any.
You can self monitor the area for any persistent pain and discharge in which case consulting a physician for a physical examination is advisable.
