Question : i have left rib cage pain/fullness that extends to back to the left flank-mid back. it feels very full and uncomfortable. noted more loose stools. more of a throbbing feeling. pain in the groin at times.

                                    Hi
Welcome to XXXXXXX
PLS GET TREATED FOR LOOSE STOOLS if not already.
The pain may not be related.
It looks like pain arising from the kidneys.
Ultrasound scan of the kidneys, urine analysis and renal function tests are necessary.
Till then,
pls take
1. Pain killers-other than ibuprofen group.
2. Warm compresses to that area.
3. Pain killer gels to that area.
Hope this helps, pls get back for doubts if any,
Regards

                                    Hi
Welcome back.
Most probably infection or inflammation of the kidneys or musculo-skeletal pain.
These are the lines of investigation to come to a diagnosis.
The next step is urine analysis and culture followed by ultrasound scan to image the abdomen and the urinary tract.
Kindly keep me posted on your progress.
