Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
If you are having right shoulder and lower chest pain it can be related to lungs. You may need to do a x-ray to check for bronchitis especially if you are having cough .
Also it can be related to stomach issues like gerd if accompanied by burning and gas.
It still can be heart related and you may need an ECG.
Please add some more details about your signs and symptoms.
