You need to provide me more information. It can be nothing and anything.
At your age this is not something that should be ignored.
1. Are both shoulders painful?
2. Is there swelling or redness around it?
3. Do you have fever?
4. Are you physically active?
5. Do you have nay other diseases or taking medicines?
