Before I answer your query, a lot more information is needed on your symptoms to arrive at a possible diagnosis. Please answer the following questions -
* Exact location of pain in the leg?
* onset of pain? sudden or insidious
* any history of injury in the recent past?
* any history of fever?
* any pains in other areas of body (either joints or bones)?
* Do you have any other diseases?
* Any medications usage for any other ailment?
* Is the pain present continuously or only during certain movements?
