                                    Hi,
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
There are several causes for such a mass.
Do you have any fever?
Since how long it is there?
Is the problem aggravating day by day?
Is there any weight loss?
Is the mass bony in nature (hard)?
Get a physical examination by your doctor and get yourself investigated to identify the exact cause.
A X XXXXXXX and further investigations may further be necessary.
I suggest you to not to neglect the same.
Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
