Hi

Thanks for writng. I understand your worry.
Causes of pelvic pain could be Arising from
1. Female XXXXXXX organs like uterus, ovaries or tubes.
2. Appendix.
3. Small or large intestine.
4. Kidney or kidney pipe (ureter)
to mention a few.

Any infection or block in these structures or a stone in the kidney and pipe could cause the same pain.
You need to be evaluated by urine, blood tests, ultrasound scan and if necessary CT scan.
Pls discuss with your doc about these and once the tests are done, kindly XXXXXXX the appropriate specialist based on what is found in these tests. The the treatment starts based on the diagnosis.
Laparoscopy is just one of the aids in diagnosis and so it may not be enough.
Hope i am clear. Kindly get back for doubts, if any.
