Brief Answer: get examination and test done Detailed Answer: Hello, You said you are not able to swallow any thing and vomit whatever goes in. You must also be having cough while swallow. As the antibiotic therapy did not help you, you will need investigations to determine the cause. I would order flexible pharyngoscopy and barium swallow test after a physical examination. These two test will help me plan the next step of management. As long as you do not develop choking, the problem that you report shouldn't harm you. So do not be concerned and plan to visit an ENT surgeon and get the aforementioned tests. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications. Regards
