Hi,

Welcome to healthcare magic!
Your skin lesion has a diverse possibilities.
It can be a mole, an infection-tinea, dermatitis, to name a few.
And I am finding it impossible to pin point because you have given a very small description.
Please put a follow up query- describing- how long it's there, at what site, how many, itchy, painful, raised from surface or not, can you feel it with eyes closed, is it increasing in size, whether central part of the ring is normal skin.
If possible load a photograph of the lesion- it would be a great help.

I hope this advise would be helpful for you.

Wish you a great health!
