Having Sinus With Throat Infection. Recommend Some Nasal Spray?

Question: i have sinus ( since 6 year) with throat infection (this time) ? can u recommend some nasal spray with medicine.

The recurrent sinus infection along with allergy commonly results from DNS which is a deviated nasal septum that causes post nasal dipping resulting in the throat infection and allergy which further complicates as sinus infection.

You can use and anti histamine nasal spray which acts decongestants along with anti histamine tablets once a day. For infection you have to use Antibiotics which can be prescribed by you GP. Listerine oral gargles are also very much effective.
