Presence of black bumps on penis has many causes.
If they are present since birth, they are probably nevus (moles).
Nevus are benign lesions arising from proliferation of melanocytes or pigment containing cells in skin.
Any increase in size, change in shape or color, bleeding or ulceration may signify a malignant change.
