Question : Wife has swollen ankles, headache, elevated bp, clammy forehead
Invalid as result of a stroke XXXXXXX 2011. Weak left side.

you have sent incomplete details about your wife health.
whether she is taking any B.P. Medication or not .
and she had uncontrolled hypertension which may cause repeat stroke.
so immediately consult a physician and evaluate for ankle swelling , headache.
