If you having generalized tingling sensation it is most likely to nerve lesion. Now in your situation this is most likely to a generalized underlying health diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, neurodegerative diseases etc. Tingling sensation is termed neuropathy and are mostly due to another preexisting diseases. You will need to consult with a neurologist for further review and investigation.
