Brief Answer:
Can be due to anxiety and low levels of Vit B12.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

The symptoms that you have described are likely to be related to anxiety. The tingling can be related to low levels of Vitamin B12 or an electrolyte disturbance that can be detected after a few blood tests. You can start with proper supplements after getting the tests done. Do consult a physician for prescription of a proper anti anxiety medicine.
I hope this answers your query.

In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
