I would be glad to answer your query.

You can take ibuprofen with atenolol, however, ibuprofen may lower the effectiveness of atenolol. Therefore would recommend you to visit your dentist, as antibiotics are a must with pain killers.

Warm saline rinses (3-4 times/day) will help in relieving pain.
