Hello and thanks for the query.
Your symptoms suggest that you are most likely suffering from food poising which may be caused by bacteria, virus or parasites.
Take some OTC antispasmodic medicine for your pain abdomen ,take plenty of oral fluids and rest.
You may take some proton pump inhibitor like pantoprozole 40 mg twice a day before meals for few days.
May take some paracetamol if fever bothers you.
You should be alright in next couple of days.
If your condition worsens or you develop severe vomiting or develop high fever, then you should not wait and go to ER immediately as that could mean giving intravenous fluids and possible antibiotics.
Please do write if you have any other query.
Best of luck
Thanks
