Question : I have a watery red eye from 2 days. Its red. No pain or itchiness but I do feel bit of dryness

Hello,
We have to rule out if there is discharge,more so on getting up in the morning.
If so then antibiotic eye drops like moxifloxicine can be put in 4-5 times a day,this should take care of redness as well.
An examination by ophthalmologist maybe needed if vision is getting affected
