I would like to know a little more regarding your present illness in order to come to a better conclusion

1. Since when are you having this feeling?
2. Do you feel there is a difference of hearing between the two ears?
3. Do you have giddiness as well?
4. Any trauma to the head recently or respiratory infection like cold, cough, fever?
