Question : I was in a head on collision six months ago. I still have a painful hematoma on my stomach. I have also had off and on gastro intestinal issues since then. I had gastric bypass surgery 10 years ago. Should I be concerned.

If you are experiencing pain and discomfort then you must have an ultrasound done.
You shouldn't be panicking if the problem is mild.
A checkup with your gastroenterologist is warranted if the problem increases.
